Hey, It's Andro
I'm an Architect, Environmental Planner, and Technical Consultant passionate about sustainable infrastructure master planning, participatory local governance, and architectural & planning education.
Over the past decade, I've worked across multi-hectare institutional master planning and statutory local government plans—from Comprehensive Land Use Plans (CLUP), Local Climate Change Action Plans (LCCAP), and Zoning Ordinances to 10-Year Solid Waste Management Plans (SWMP). Along the way, I combine GIS spatial modeling (QGIS/SAGA), photogrammetry, and BIM/Revit architectural delivery with mentoring the next generation of designers and planners.
Institutional master planning, LGU consultancy & design
MA URP ('25), BS Arch Cum Laude ('16) & Ongoing PhD

Core Pillars of Practice
INTEGRATING SPATIAL SCIENCE, DESIGN & POLICY
Institutional & LGU Master Planning
I help institutions and local governments turn spatial data into actionable master plans—guiding multi-hectare land asset development across the UP System (OVPD) and co-shaping the CLUP (2025–2035), Zoning Ordinance, LCCAP, and 10-Year SWMP for Rodriguez, Rizal.
Urban Mobility & Gentrification Research
I co-created Project ePasada—a smart mobility and resiliency platform for Filipino jeepney drivers recognized in Geneva, Switzerland—and explore gentrification in Fairview & Novaliches-Lagro alongside compact urban refill models.
Architectural Practice & Design Pedagogy
As a licensed Architect and educator, I've delivered international BIM/Revit projects for WCIT Architecture (Hawaii/Manila), led store planning at Onesimus, and taught design and urban planning at Far Eastern University (FEU) and TIP QC.
